      When you tell your company that you want to resign, do your company try to make you stay espically if you are good and they spend alot of time training you.

      If yes, how does your current company try to make you stay.

      If you have found a higher salary job, do your company try to give you the same or more salary than the new company to make you stay.

      they spent a lot of time training me ar...haiz.
      but when i wanted to go, no one persuaded me to stay.
      makes me think, "was i really that bad an employee?" haha. but what i know is, i really do my best everyday. Smile

      my previous job that I quit tried to make me stay in a lot of ways... maybe it's because that I keep receive compliments from customers.

      But, mind is set as pursuing my dip... Wink

      yes… a few senior col & the vice president come talk to me, ask me to stay.. but i stand by my decision..

      Yea, manager said will give me higher pay and reduce my workload plus said will reduce my working days…

      Promise me things will get better..... salary will get revised but not now..... kinda sad

      just talked to the boss few days ago. he say he look into increasing my pay as soon as possible. lets see if he keeps to his words.
